Asparagus macowanii - Ming Fern

Asparagus macowanii - Ming Fern
Latin name:
Ming fern

Is best known for its use as cut foliage and often seen in floral arrangements. Be careful it does have spines on the stem.

Very hardy and can handle quite dry conditions - grows indoor or outdoor in part shade.

Light green and fronds do bush up - if you want to keep it for cut foliage keep a few leaders and allow these to then produce more stems which are the ones you then cut when long enough.
