A Japanese painted fern. Lustrous silvery fronds with contrasting red veins emerge in Spring.

Grows best with good free draining soil, needs light shade but don't overshade it as it does need reasonably good light to bring out the colours.

Deciduous in Winter.

Grows to 45cm tall x 30cm wide
