Polystichum richardii has very dark green, leathery looking fronds which reach 30 – 50cm in length.
It is a very hardy variety – often found in exposed coastal areas, on rocky banks and in mountain areas. This variety can tolerate almost any condition however it will need watering in very dry weather.
