Polystichum vestitum is a very cold hardy fern. It’s long, dark green fronds, are almost prickly to touch and can reach up to 1.5m in length. It will slowly increase in size to form a clump.
This variety can tolerate wind provided the soil remains moist – and is better suited to a cold climate.
Available in sizes from 14cm to 10ltr pots, and PB8 to PB18 planter bags.
